It means that now my "productivity homepage" is really the new-tab page on google chrome, where I can quickly link to whichever specific tool I need. One thing that made it much easier for me to use multiple tools was installing a "new tab page" on my chrome browser that contains permanent links to my 'home page' for each of the different tools I use.
